Terms & Conditions
- Valid at all SASHA BEAUTY SALON locations.
- Present the card in-branch before checkout to redeem.
- Redeemable for services only; not applicable to retail product purchases.
- Valid for 12 months from the date of issue—no extensions permitted under any circumstances.
- If the service cost exceeds the card’s value, the difference must be paid by the cardholder.
- If the service cost is less than the card’s value, the remaining balance stays on the card and can be used later, within the validity period.
- Any unused balance must be redeemed before the expiry date.
- Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Once the card value is fully redeemed, it cannot be reused—except for physical cards, which can be reloaded and reused in-store.
- SASHA reserves the right to cancel a gift card, refuse redemption, or cancel a service if fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity is suspected, or if terms are violated.
- Expired cards and any unused balance after expiry will be forfeited.
- Lost or damaged cards cannot be replaced.
