Please read these terms carefully before booking or using any Sasha Beauty Salon service across our six Dubai branches.
Redemption & Vouchers
Sasha Beauty Salon promotes beauty services and products through its website and authorised partner platforms. We collect payment from clients for services and products provided across our six Dubai branches.
One-Time Use: Once a Sasha voucher or promotional code has been redeemed, it cannot be used again. Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Promotional vouchers and discount codes are subject to individual terms stated at point of issue, including expiry dates, minimum spend thresholds, service exclusions, and branch applicability. Sasha reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion without prior notice.
All website sales and service vouchers are valid for use within the United Arab Emirates exclusively. Services are not available for international redemption.
Multiple purchases in a single session may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement. Each transaction is processed separately.
Booking & Appointments
Appointments can be made online via Fresha, by telephone, via WhatsApp, or in person at any Sasha branch. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation message or booking reference.

Sasha reserves the right to decline bookings at our reasonable discretion. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your appointment for check-in and consultation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling depending on branch availability.
For bridal packages, group bookings of 4 or more guests, or services requiring advance preparation (e.g. keratin, hair extensions, full colour transformations), a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the appointment.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that plans change. We request that all cancellations or reschedules be made with adequate notice to allow other guests to book the time slot.

Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in Sasha requiring full pre-payment for future appointments, or declining to accept bookings from the client concerned.
Sasha reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in extraordinary circumstances including staff illness, branch closures, or force majeure events. Clients will be notified promptly and offered the next available slot or a full refund of any deposit paid.
Payments, Pricing & VAT
All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your service is confirmed at the time of booking or at point of service at the branch.
With effect from 1 January 2018, all prices include VAT at 5% where applicable, in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations. Sasha is a registered VAT entity.
Cash (AED), all major credit and debit cards, Fresha online payment. Foreign currency, cheques, and cryptocurrency are not accepted.
Bank card discounts — 15% off for HSBC, Emirates NBD, and Mashreq cardholders on transactions of AED 200 or more — are subject to each bank's individual offer terms and period. Sasha is not responsible for bank-side processing of cardholder discounts.
Prepaid Packages: Package credits (SOLAR, COSMOS, GALAXY) are denominated in AED and deducted at the prevailing service price at time of use. Packages cannot be used to purchase other packages or gift cards.
Health, Safety & Patch Tests
The health and safety of our guests and staff is paramount. By attending a Sasha appointment, you confirm you are in a suitable condition to receive the requested service.
- —Medical Conditions: Please inform your stylist or therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, pregnancy, recent surgeries, or medications before your service begins. Sasha reserves the right to decline or modify a service if a health risk is identified.
- —Patch Tests: A patch test is strongly recommended — and in some cases required — before chemical treatments including hair colour, bleaching, keratin, lash tinting, and certain facial treatments. Results must be assessed at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Sasha accepts no liability for adverse reactions where a recommended patch test was declined by the client.
- —Skin Conditions: Clients with open wounds, active skin infections, sunburn, or inflammatory skin conditions in the treatment area should reschedule until the condition has resolved. Our therapists are trained to advise but are not medically qualified to diagnose conditions.
- —Pregnancy: Certain services including specific chemical treatments, deep pressure massage, and particular body wraps may not be suitable during pregnancy. Please disclose your pregnancy at the time of booking so that safe alternatives can be arranged.
- —Minors: Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or produce written consent, for any chemical treatment, tinting, or intimate waxing service. Sasha is a ladies-only establishment.
Sasha Beauty Salon operates in strict compliance with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) hygiene and safety standards. All tools, equipment, and surfaces are sanitised between each client. Single-use disposable items are not reused under any circumstances.
Service Results & Expectations
Sasha Beauty Salon strives to deliver outstanding results with every service. However, the outcome of certain treatments — particularly colour, chemical, and repair services — depends on factors outside our direct control, including the client's existing hair condition, chemical history, and adherence to aftercare advice.
- —Colour Results: Outcomes may vary based on the client's natural pigment, current colour, porosity, texture, and prior chemical history. Our colourists will conduct a consultation and advise on the most achievable result. Multiple sessions may be required for safe transformation.
- —Keratin & Chemical Treatments: Longevity and results depend on aftercare adherence. Clients must follow post-treatment instructions including use of sulphate-free products and minimising chlorine and heat exposure. Sasha is not liable for reduced results where aftercare is not followed.
- —Service Complaints: If you are dissatisfied with your service result, please raise the concern with the branch manager before leaving the premises. Sasha will use reasonable endeavours to address the concern. Complaints raised after departure, or after the client has applied products or heat, may not qualify for a complimentary adjustment.
- —Reference Photographs: Images shown on our website or social media represent achievable results but are not guaranteed for every hair type. Our stylists will provide an honest consultation regarding what is achievable for your specific hair.
Guest Conduct & Salon Etiquette
Sasha Beauty Salon is a ladies-only premium salon environment. We ask all guests to respect our staff, premises, and the experience of fellow guests.
- —Ladies Only: Sasha Beauty Salon is exclusively for female guests. Male guests are not permitted in the salon area at any time.
- —Children: For the safety and comfort of all guests, we request that young children not attend unless they are the service recipient. Children must be supervised at all times. Sasha is not responsible for injury or accident involving unsupervised children on the premises.
- —Mobile Phones: We ask that guests keep phone use discreet and volume low out of respect for other guests. Photography within the salon must not capture other guests without their consent.
- —Personal Belongings: Sasha accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises. Clients are advised to leave valuables at home.
- —Right to Refuse Service: Sasha reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any guest whose conduct is abusive, threatening, or disrespectful to staff or other guests. Full payment for services received remains due in such circumstances.
Prepaid Packages & Gift Cards
Sasha's SOLAR, COSMOS, and GALAXY prepaid packages and gift cards are subject to the following conditions:
- 01Validity: SOLAR — 3 months. COSMOS — 6 months. GALAXY — 14 months. All from date of purchase. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase unless otherwise stated.
- 02Transferability: Packages and gift cards are shareable with family and friends but have no cash value and are non-refundable once purchased, unless required by UAE consumer protection law.
- 03Service Exclusions: Packages exclude Korean Hair Wash, Moroccan Bath, and Eyelash services unless otherwise stated at purchase.
- 04Branch Validity: Valid at all 6 Sasha branches in Dubai. Cannot be used at third-party or franchise locations unless explicitly stated.
- 05Expiry: Unused balance upon package expiry is forfeited. Sasha is not liable for any unused credit after the expiry date.
- 06Lost or Stolen Cards: Sasha is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Cards are treated as cash — anyone presenting a valid card may redeem it.
Home Service Terms
Sasha's at-home beauty services are available across Dubai subject to location, availability, and minimum spend requirements. The following additional terms apply to all home visits:
- —Safe Environment: The client is responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and adequately lit working space for the therapist. Our therapists reserve the right to decline or terminate a home visit if the environment presents a safety risk.
- —Adult Presence Required: An adult (18+) must be present throughout the home service. Therapists will not perform services on a minor without an adult guardian present.
- —Equipment & Products: All professional products and equipment are supplied by Sasha. The client must not request use of their own products unless agreed in advance with the branch.
- —Cancellation: Home service cancellations follow the same 24-hour policy as in-branch appointments. Travel costs may be charged if cancellation occurs after the therapist has departed.
- —Property Damage: Sasha accepts no responsibility for damage to soft furnishings, flooring, or surfaces during a home visit. Clients are advised to protect their property before the therapist arrives.
Privacy & Data Policy
Sasha Beauty Salon collects personal information — including name, phone number, email address, and booking history — to provide services, process payments, and communicate with clients about appointments and promotions.
- —Data Use: Your information is used exclusively by Sasha Beauty Salon to manage bookings, process transactions, and send promotional communications you have consented to receive. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as required to process your booking (e.g. Fresha booking platform) or as required by UAE law.
- —Email & SMS Marketing: By registering on our website or booking platform, you consent to receiving appointment confirmations, reminders, and occasional promotions. You may opt out at any time by contacting any branch or clicking unsubscribe in any email.
- —Your Data Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information held by Sasha. Contact us at info@sashabeautysalon.ae with such requests.
- —Cookies: Our website uses cookies for functionality, analytics, and marketing. By continuing to use sashabeautysalon.ae, you consent to our use of cookies. You may adjust cookie preferences in your browser settings.
Payment Security: This website is secured with SSL encryption. All online transactions are processed through PCI-compliant payment gateways with up to 256-bit secure socket layer encryption. Sasha does not store full card details on its servers.
Website User Agreement
sashabeautysalon.ae provides vouchers, products, and appointment booking for its members. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by and accept without limitation the following terms and conditions.
- 01User Representations: Users represent and warrant that they are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the Site under supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and possess the legal right to enter into this Agreement and use sashabeautysalon.ae in accordance with these Terms.
- 02Restrictions on Use: Users agree to use the Site solely for personal, non-commercial use and not to (I) interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of the Site; (II) use the Site for any illegal purpose; or (III) modify, copy, distribute, transmit, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or offer for sale any information obtained from the Site.
- 03Modifications: Sasha reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Such modifications are effective immediately upon publication on this Site. Continued use of the Site following notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
- 04Fees & Charges: Sasha will not charge users additional fees when registering on the Site beyond those normally charged for the provision of services, unless specified at the time of purchase.
- 05Registration: To access services, users must register with accurate and complete information. sashabeautysalon.ae reserves the right to terminate memberships at any time if users breach these Terms. Users must notify Sasha of any change to their registration details.
- 06Term and Termination: Either users or sashabeautysalon.ae may terminate a user's right to use the Site at any time, with or without cause. All substantive clauses survive termination of this Agreement.
- 07Hyperlinks: This Site may contain links to third-party websites. sashabeautysalon.ae is not responsible for and does not control the content of any linked website. Links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement of the linked site's owner, sponsor, or content.
- 08No Warranties: sashabeautysalon.ae assumes no responsibility for damages, viruses, or technical failures encountered during use of the Site or any linked websites. The material on this Site may contain inaccuracies and typographical errors. Your reliance on any information on this Site is at your own risk.
- 09Review of Postings & Uploads: sashabeautysalon.ae reserves the right to block or remove communications it determines to be abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, in violation of intellectual property rights, or otherwise harmful. Sasha will cooperate fully with any law enforcement authority or court order requiring disclosure of identity in connection with such content.
- 10Third-Party Rights: The provisions regarding indemnification, limitation of liability, and intellectual property are for the benefit of sashabeautysalon.ae and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers. Each of these individuals or entities may assert and enforce those provisions directly.
Intellectual Property
All content on sashabeautysalon.ae — including text, images, graphics, logos, video, and the overall site design — is the intellectual property of Sasha Beauty Salon or its licensed suppliers, and is protected by UAE and international copyright and trademark law.
- —Copyright: All material on this Site is protected by copyright unless otherwise noted and may not be used except as permitted in these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any site content without express written permission from Sasha Beauty Salon.
- —Trade Marks: The trademarks and logos displayed on the Site are trademarks of sashabeautysalon.ae and/or its affiliates, unless otherwise specified. No licence or right to use these trademarks is granted under this Agreement. Any unauthorised use may violate copyright, trademark, and privacy laws.
- —Licence: You have no rights or licences in or to Sasha's materials other than the limited right to use the Site in accordance with these Terms. The Site Content may be modified by Sasha at its sole discretion. No licence is granted for any other purpose, and any other use constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
- —User-Generated Content: If you post reviews, photographs, or comments to our platforms, you grant Sasha a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and share that content for marketing and promotional purposes.
Liability & Indemnification
sashabeautysalon.ae and its associated agencies, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death (including direct, indirect, or consequential losses) suffered in connection with:
- (I)Any inaccurate or incorrect information provided by the user at time of booking or consultation.
- (II)The client's failure to disclose a relevant medical condition, allergy, or contraindication prior to a service.
- (III)Any use of the Site or its content, or services and products provided through it.
- (IV)Any adverse reaction to a service where a recommended patch test was declined or waived by the client.
- (V)Any act or omission of third-party service providers including online booking or payment platforms.
- (VI)Any failure or delay in the use of any component of the service or the sashabeautysalon.ae site for reservations.
- (VII)Force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, government mandates, utility failures, lightning, fire, flood, extreme weather, strike, lock-out, labour dispute, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, or failure of any telecommunications or computer system.
In no event shall Sasha Beauty Salon's total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. You hereby release, discharge, and agree to indemnify sashabeautysalon.ae, its related body corporates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or website in violation of these terms, or from any violation of a third party's rights.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or your use of Sasha Beauty Salon's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under UAE law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
UAE Consumer Protection: Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable UAE Federal Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) or any regulations issued thereunder.

sashabeautysalon.ae may deliver notice to you under this Agreement by means of electronic mail, a general notice on the Site, or by written communication delivered to your address on record. You may give notice to Sasha at any time via the contact details below.
Sasha Beauty Salon is committed to resolving all concerns promptly and fairly. Complaints will be acknowledged within 2 business days and resolved within 10 business days where possible.

Delivery Policy: All website products and services are provided to UAE customers only. Sasha does not ship internationally. Digital vouchers and booking confirmations are delivered via email within 24 hours of purchase.
